What business software actually costs.
Entry-level prices for every product we review — 59 products across 11 categories — in one place, tracked for UK buyers. Headline prices are entry tiers; our reviews model what you will actually pay at scale.
How to read this index
Vendors change prices constantly, show discounts that expire, and headline an entry tier you will likely outgrow. This index records the honest entry point for every product we cover, refreshed as our reviews update. The column that matters more is in each review itself: our total-cost modelling at realistic team sizes.

Why we publish this
Opaque pricing is a feature of this industry, not an accident. Publishing entry prices in one open table — and updating it as vendors reprice — is the simplest pressure we can apply. If you spot a price that has changed, we want to know: corrections are a feature of this index, not an embarrassment.
Methodology in brief: prices are indicative entry-level list figures gathered from vendor pricing pages, converted where relevant for UK buyers. They exclude introductory discounts, usage-based fees and add-ons — which our individual reviews document separately. Always confirm current plans with the vendor before purchasing.
